ALEX is a professional sales person not even a sales person cuz he treated us like a relative that came in the dealer (like feel at home),he is HOSPITABLE, we felt comfortable like really a HOME cuz he brew coffee for us & offered cookies & talk to us like a part of our FAMILY… u guys feel that? then go & look for this guy & he will take care of everything!… a HUGE thank u to all of the staff! esp the man ALEX RODDY!, i will strongly recommend every one to come to this car dealer, its quick & easy to get approved im telling u!
I had been looking for a new car for 2 weeks , getting the run around . My credit is slightly bruised so I was limited and no one was willing to help . I had been talking on line with the Internet sales guy but kept putting off coming into the store . Finally gave up looking at other places met Alex at 10 am and was driving my new car and out the door by noon . Was awesome to get some help finally and quick ..

This place was amazing! I got preapproved a day before I came in and the next day i left with a car. They made it so easy and busted their butts to get me the lowest payments possible and the perfect insurance. I am more then happy with my car and with the service I received. The best place to buy a truck I got a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab they gave me 2000 off to make my payments were I need ill buy all my trucks from them the only problem I have is when I got home all the tires on it was different so look at then closely outher then that ill still buy from them u should too.
Great customer service, and a professional and caring sales staff; a formula for a great car-buying experience. Let’s face it, car buying is a stressful and time-consuming task in itself. The staff at Independence showed no pressure sales techniques, no gimmicks and was very understanding of what my specifics needs were in a car.
The level of professionalism shown by everyone; from the owner on down to the sales person was remarkable. This is indicative of a sound business.

John was great ! He helped us with whtaveer we needed. There were some interior issues but he fixed all of them right away. We noticed that there wasn’t any gas in the vehicle and he went and used his own money and filled it up! We were trying to go threw a bank for the loan and he went above and beyond to get us a better rate with payments and apr. Everything was amazing! We will definitely recommend him and the dealership in the future!

We bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty AND a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban and will be back with our friends and family to purchase more of their outstanding used vehicles. I didn’t think I could get anybody to finance me on a vehicle that I actually wanted, not that I had to get! I even had a few to choose from! With every used car it could have it’s problems and Independence Auto has helped us with getting them serviced and fixed right up! I can’t say how happy and pleased we are with the sales and service of Independence Auto Sales in Everett. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GO SEE THEM FIRST!!!
Joseph was extremely hfupell and easy to work with. I looked at 3 cars earlier in the day and returned in the evening after comparing their prices to others all over the Seattle area. Julio was really great at approving me for a Honda Civic despite my less than great credit and was flexible with my requests (new battery, fix a broken latch, waive a fee etc ) Probably my biggest fear is that after requesting a 90 day guarantee/warranty i was told that they will work with me, but not given anything in writing to that effect. I have a good feeling that the staff here stands behind their cars and that I grabbed a steal of a deal, if u don’t factor in the enormous interest rate. If this car runs great with no major problems I would come here in the future and recommend it to friends who need to finance with bad credit.

I had read the reviews and was skeptical but I wanted to make my own judgement. Mike was my sales person he was great and very professional straight up and honest even though I put him off for several weeks before visiting. My experience was smooth and I wasn’t over whelmed to purchase a car. What makes this place great several days after I got my car they were able to get me a lower finance and my patents went from $300 to $200 they work very hard to get me a good deal. Trust me ignore the negative reviews the people here and great and work hard to get you the best deal the cars are all good and nice and they won’t BS you around.I’m very satisfied and plan to return to them when I upgrade my car. TRUST ME THEY ARE HONEST PROFESSIONAL AND THE WHOLE STAFF IS GREAT
