The guys at Independence were very professional. They didn’t just sell me a car, they helped me find a car. They spoke in open honest terms and did not pressure me. This is the first time I have bought a car and enjoyed the experience of working with a salesman.

• I purchased a used mamixa from James at Independence Auto in September and was very satisfied with the service. James was very helpful with finding a car that suited my needs for me and my family. Im very picky and he and his staff took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that all the paperwork with loans and the bank went through smoothly with little effort on my part. • John was great ! He helped us with whtaveer we needed. There were some interior issues but he fixed all of them right away. We noticed that there wasn’t any gas in the vehicle and he went and used his own money and filled it up! We were trying to go threw a bank for the loan and he went above and beyond to get us a better rate with payments and apr. Everything was amazing! We will definitely recommend him and the dealership in the future!
• Thanks to Independence car lot we now own 2 wonderful very relaible vehicles! We bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty AND a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban and will be back with our friends and family to purchase more of their outstanding used vehicles. I didn’t think I could get anybody to finance me on a vehicle that I actually wanted, not that I had to get! I even had a few to choose from! With every used car it could have it’s problems and Independence Auto has helped us with getting them serviced and fixed right up! I can’t say how happy and pleased we are with the sales and service of Independence Auto Sales in Everett. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GO SEE THEM FIRST!!!
• Joseph was extremely hfupell and easy to work with. I looked at 3 cars earlier in the day and returned in the evening after comparing their prices to others all over the Seattle area. Julio was really great at approving me for a Honda Civic despite my less than great credit and was flexible with my requests (new battery, fix a broken latch, waive a fee etc ) Probably my biggest fear is that after requesting a 90 day guarantee/warranty i was told that they will work with me, but not given anything in writing to that effect. I have a good feeling that the staff here stands behind their cars and that I grabbed a steal of a deal, if u don’t factor in the enormous interest rate. If this car runs great with no major problems I would come here in the future and recommend it to friends who need to finance with bad credit.
